What is your return policy?

Thank you for shopping sustainably by purchasing vintage and reducing waste from landfills! All sales are final for our one of a kind vintage finds. Please check and double check the listing for color, size, flaws, fabric, etc. Remember when buying vintage you are purchasing a item that is often 20 years old or older

If you have additional questions regarding an item, please don't hesitate to email us at hi@shopvintagesociety.com. Most vintage items are in good, pre-loved condition, but may show normal signs of wear-and-tear. I do my best to describe any obvious flaws. 

In the event that a return or cancellation is granted, it will not include shipping, return shipping or fees charged by the payment platform. This cost is lost to me unfortunately, so please be sure you read the listing and measurements. I'm available via DM on Instagram (@shopvintagesociety) or email to answer item questions. 

Vintage Society is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order has left our hands, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.

 
If you have not received your order - please check your tracking number, and reach out to the appropriate shipping company to file a lost or missing package claim.
